Join the Fight for Equality: New Job Openings at Equality Pennsylvania

Over the past several months, Equality Pennsylvania has been growing and building momentum for equality. From securing a historic number of co-sponsors on a bill protecting LGBT people from discrimination to winning support for marriage equality from key lawmakers — we have been working hard to improve the lives of LGBT people in the commonwealth.

Even with all this exciting momentum, more work remains! That’s why we’re hiring new team members to help us build a strong movement across the state!

We’re searching for qualified individuals for the positions of Communications Director and Organizing Director.

The Communications Director will manage the online presence and communications strategy across multiple platforms of the organization. The Organizing Director will lead the field staff to develop and implement a comprehensive grassroots plan to educate and organize LGBT and allies statewide.

We are excited to expand our team and grow our capacity to make change here in the commonwealth. These positions are key to helping us build on the momentum we have created in Pennsylvania.
