Rachelle Lee Smith is a Philadelphia-based artist who recently released a book chronicling the lives of 65 LGBTQ youth across the country. She will display images from her book, Speaking OUT: Queer Youth in Focus. Copies the book will be available for purchase. Partial proceeds support Get Out The Vote.
