MY STORY: I’m a first time #EqualityVoter

With the polls opening in less than 14 hours, I’d like to take the time to share my personal story.
I never believed in voting. Having to pick a party, pick “a side”, and conform to certain values never felt right to me.  For a long time, that wasn’t who I was and that was the end of it as far as I was concerned. I didn’t take the time to do research or consider the impact elections make, not only on my community, but on myself and the people I loved. VOTING RESOURCES: Primary Election 2018

There are less than 48 hours until the polls open in Pennsylvania in this extremely important primary.  Equality Pennsylvania has endorsed candidates in all corners of the state. It is critical that anyone eligible to vote in the Democratic Primary* vote on Tuesday.  Polls open 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m.  Anyone in line at 8 p.m. must be allowed to vote.  Here are resources to help….
